I have fallen in LOVE with smoothie bowls lately. I’ve been throwing things in my blender and hoping for the best. Today I decided to actually write down what I was throwing in there in case it was super delicious and I wanted to make it again. Oh boy, am I glad I did! SO GOOD!
Here is the recipe so you can try it too:
Green Tropical Smoothie Bowl
A refreshing update to a typical breakfast smoothie that you can enjoy any time of day!
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2-3 large handfuls spinach
- 1 tbsp Optional: hemp seeds
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until thick and smooth. Pour into your bowl and top with desired toppings. Pick up your spoon, and ENJOY!
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: sliced bananas hemp seeds dairy-free chocolate almond slices
