“I exercise regularly and enjoy at least 5-7 hours of workout time a week but the time I was putting into the gym was not producing the results I had been accustomed to over the last several decades. What changed!?

Well, let’s introduce that fact that I’m turning 40 and I had stopped analyzing my diet. I decided that I needed to change something fast otherwise there would be a closet of clothes that would never fit again. (This is where Jaime comes into the picture).

I decided I needed some help so fortunately one of my wife’s best friends was a health coach. I asked my wife if she would use her friendship skills on Jaime to recruit me as a test client and sure enough it worked!! Jaime decided to take me on as a client.

To begin, I’d like to tell Jaime how amazing she is. I’m a professional coach by profession and I’ve spent decades learning how to work with individuals so they can help themselves achieve their very best. I’m not sure how long Jaime has been a coach, but she is one of the best coaches I’ve worked with. She knows how to listen, empathize, relate, and educate on every topic I brought up. She is a professional coach!

During my sessions, Jaime helped me learn and understand where I was failing and then gave me immediate coaching on how I can succeed. I now have a more confident relationship with my body and the food I eat thanks to coaching Jaime provided.
