A timeline. 6 Days old, 4 weeks, 8 weeks & 12 weeks. Looks like he’s doubled in size. He almost has. from 8 lbs 2 oz to 14 lbs 14 oz. Love that butter ball.

O Christmas Tree. You will be the death of me.
This tree of mine was nothing but trouble to get up this year. Half of the lights were dead, some still are. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried to take off the lights on a prelit tree, but it’s a pain in the fingers. Literally. Whomever made this tree wrapped the strings around each branch and then clipped them on with these little plastic clips that hurt like the Dickens to get off. Plus the lights are strung on these weird strands that branch off in all directions and while half of one strand is dead, the rest work. We ended up giving up on restringing the whole thing this year (notice the dead spots) and we’ll just destring it entirely and redo the whole thing next year.
But here it is in all is “mostly dead” glory.
